FinTrust (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FinTrust – Finance Management System for Lending Businesses collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you or your end users use our software.

When FinTrust is installed and operated by a lending business, the following types of data may be collected and processed:

a. Business & User Data

  • Admin and staff details: name, email, phone, role, login credentials
  • Branch and employee records entered by the business

b. Customer & Loan Data

  • Borrower personal information: full name, DOB, gender, address, phone, email, government ID numbers
  • KYC documents: NID, passport, driving license, photos, signatures
  • Financial data: income, bank details, loan amount, repayment history, credit score, guarantor info
  • Transaction logs and payment records

c. Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, device info, access logs
  • Cookies for session management and security

 

2. How We Use Information

The data collected is used solely for operating lending business functions within FinTrust, including:

  • Processing loan applications and approvals
  • Managing repayments, dues, and overdue tracking
  • Generating financial reports and analytics
  • KYC/AML verification and fraud prevention

  • All data is stored on the server where you install FinTrust. As the license holder, you are the data controller.

FinTrust may integrate with third-party services at the admin’s discretion, such as:

  • Payment gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.
  • SMS/Email gateways: Twilio, Nexmo, SMTP services
  • Cloud storage for backups

These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data handling once data is shared via your configured integrations.
